Real Estate Closings
Fee: $175 includes 1st and 2nd loan packages, emailed docs, as well as copies for borrowers. Client’s “No Show” & cancellations will be invoiced $100.00.
This service is provided to Title & Escrow Companies as well as to Financial and Lending Institutions. Our Notary-Signing Agents will travel to the borrower’s location to perform closings. Once the closing has been performed the package will be returned to the proper entity. If the Company or institution is local, the documents will be hand delivered. Otherwise the documents will be shipped out to you by the courier of your choice. All our Notary-Signing Agents are professional, and very well trained in handling this kind of documents, and we are expert at explaining them to the borrowers.
Your Documents will be handled properly and returned back to your office in a timely manner, since we are well aware of how time-sensitive they are. Closing fees are $175.00, which include: 1st and 2nd loan packages, emailed docs, as well as copies for borrowers. Client’s “no show” and cancellations will be invoiced $100.00 to cover for the Notary’s time and expenses.

We offer competitive flat rate fees for loan signings that on average can range from $75 to $250. Our flat rate fees will normally include travel, convenience, materials & service cost. However, the details of each assignment will determine the price of the service. Currently, the fees for the standard e-doc loan packages have an average cost of $150 (up to 300 pages, etc.) and Fax-backs (Emailed or Scanned) cost $.50 per page. We can accommodate same day, emergency and weekend signings with the same professional, reliable, accurate and friendly service we are known accustomed to providing.

AFTER HOURS & EMERGENCY NOTARY SERVICE
All notary services after regular business hours i.e., after 5 PM Monday thru Friday or any/all weekend needs will be considered as an emergency. $100.00 for the first document, and $20.00 for each additional document thereafter.
Airport Notary Service
Fee: $100.00 for the 1st document, and $10.00 for each additional document thereafter
For Newark International Airports or Trenton Airport Only – A notarization at EWR/Trenton is considered an emergency at any time even during regular business hours and the fee for it is $100.00 for the 1st. document, and $10.00 for each additional document thereafter.

From loan document notarization and Insurance documents, to educational seminars, our staff of experienced professionals allows us to offer a diversity of services appropriate to meeting your business and personal notarial needs. We come to you at your place of business, your home or other location you choose, when it fits your schedule.
Fees are based on the location and time of the notary being performed. The average travel fee for a Mobile Notary in North/South Brunswick, Monroe, Hamilton, Marlboro during normal business hours is $45. Please call for services needed after business hours, weekends or holidays. In addition, each notarized signature is a fixed fee of $10 with every 6th signature free. If you require a notary during peak traffic or after hours, the travel fee is increased between $10 and $150 depending on the hour.
